Jesse Fulton "The Rookie"  is an Olympian, retired professional snowboarder, award-winning entrepreneur, philanthropist, and father of two. With over 37 podium finishes, six reconstructed knees, over 40 breaks and fractures, and 22 concussions, Jesse is no stranger to pain, perseverance, and pushing limits. His career in action sports shaped not only his grit—but his drive to create impact far beyond the podium. in his professional athletic career and a legacy rooted in high performance, Jesse transitioned his passion into a world-class business empire with his partner Nicole and a staff roster of "total ringers".

He has produced and appeared in television shows broadcast in over 54 countries across major networks including MTV, Disney, TSN, The Score, and Nickelodeon. He was a pioneer in the world of Snowboard coaching and developed the first of its kind program conveniently named "Shreducation" which led the pack in Olympic-level programs He founded multiple companies that span Canada, the United States, UK, and Australia. Collectively, these ventures have contributed nearly $2 billion in economic impact globally and have employed 10's of thousands. 

Jesse’s philanthropic initiatives have donated over $5 million for youth empowerment, mental health, make a wish, cancer, hospitals, and habitat for humanity. He’s been recognized with multiple awards in both sport and business for innovation, resilience, and leadership and is regognized as a legend in the sport of snowboarding. 

 

Behind the accolades lies a journey of profound transformation. Jesse has quietly battled severe chronic physical / emotional pain, trauma, addiction, and mental illness—and lived to tell the tale. He lives in Beaver Valley, Ontario, Canada with his partner Nicole and their two sons and two dogs. He remains deeply committed to helping others rediscover their strength through storytelling, connection, and radical honesty. (finally)
